Robert Resurgent – Founder and President
Robert Resurgent is the Founder and CEO of The Revenue Company. He most recently led the revenue management efforts as the Vice-President of Revenue Management for The Prociaccnti Group and Sunstone Hotels (NYSE: SHO) where he was responsible each time for over 50 hotels and over $400 million in revenue. Robert is also featured in the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly: Revenue Management’s Renaissance – A Rebirth of the Art and Science of Profitable Revenue Generation. Robert holds a MBA from Florida Metropolitan University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also holds a PDP in Advanced Real Estate and Hotel Investment from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
Heather H. Pair
Heather graduated with a Masters in Public Administration in 2000 from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. After spending a year in San Francisco working as a Manager for Gensler Architecture and Design, Heather spent a year in Italy representing her church. She was directly responsible for the revenue management strategy of three full-service Marriott Hotels, totaling over 800 rooms. She received Revenue Management Team of the year, multiple Achievement awards and a Leadership Excellence award during her tenure. Heather currently resides in Savannah, Georgia with her husband and 2 year old son.
Maurice Naragon – Online Marketing & Image
A 16+ year veteran of Apple Computer, Maurice is a design and marketing specialist who also hosts dozens of corporate websites. Maurice has designed and built websites for hotels, restaurants, manufacturers and small businesses, including The Balboa Bay Club & Resort (www.balboabayclub.com), Cap Juluca Resort (www.capjuluca.com), Monastero Santa Rosa (www.monasterosantarosa.com) and many others. Maurice is also a professional photographer who has shot the majority of the photographs for the resorts listed above, done product photography for such companies as Casio and Yamaha, food photography for restaurants around the world and portrait photography for models and business people.
